1. Being a Quality Coordinator @ Apex Covantage:

• Managing Product and Process quality staff of ePublishing and Prepress division across India.
• Ensuring the need of Customer Satisfaction Rate (CSR)
• Auditing vendor facilities periodically and providing report.

• Managing staff salaries and doing periodical evaluation and appraisal

2. Being a Asst. Manager in Quality @ String Real Estate Information:

• Understanding the quality intervention need for Mortgage project
• Participated in Six-sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt Project.
