Nadin Samnang

Nadin Samnang has been a top-producing Real Estate Agent with Fairfax Realty, Inc. for the past four years, producing over $20 million in sales annually. A graduate of George Mason University, Nadin Samnang became involved in the real estate industry in 2002, working as a Senior Project Manager for Hawthorn Development in Washington, D.C. Two years later, Nadin Samnang received his real estate license in Virginia. Since joining Fairfax Realty in 2006, Nadin Samnang has additionally become president of Nvest Group, a Real Estate investment company that develops commercial properties; Owner and Operator of NDS Title Company, a full-service real estate title provider; and, most recently, a Managing Member of S2 Asset Company, LLC, a firm that specializes in the acquisition and resale of distressed residential properties. Nadin Samnang has succeeded in his profession by maintaining a results-driven, quality-focused perspective. Nadin Samnang was honored multiple times by the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS with membership in its Top Producers Club and Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club. Nadin Samnang is a member of Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS and the Virginia Board for Contractors. A dedicated philanthropist, Nadin Samnang participates in many charitable causes, including Sam Relief, Inc.; Cambodian Children’s Fund; and the Somali Relief Fund. Nadin Samnang enjoys playing basketball, football, and soccer, and has received numerous awards for martial arts in Japan. Nadin Samnang also has over 15 years of experience as a professional Strength and Conditioning Trainer.
