Rural Community Development Society (RCDS)-Nankana Sahib, Pakistan is an NGO, founded in 1995 and registered under the Societies Registration Act in 1998. It is a community development entity that implements different programs at grassroots level aimed at attaining sustainable development. RCDS working areas are Micro Finance, Physical Infrastructure Development, Networking, Health & Education.
I have joined RCDS in May 2005 as a Credit Officer Mandi Faizabad Branch. Then i have promoted to Finance Officer in December 2005 in Head Office; after six year working in finance department, i have been give resposibility to lead PMER department as a Manager in 2011
