About Mr. York Galland
York Galland possesses an extensive track record of success in the fitness and nutrition industry. As CEO of US Sports, LLC, York Galland is responsible for the company’s international expansion into major Chinese markets such as Shanghai and Beijing. US Sports, based in Provo, Utah, is widely known for the excellent nutritional supplements it produces and markets, such as Power Burn, Power Protein, and Adult Protein. Under York Galland’s leadership, US Sports has cemented a reputation not only for its distinguished products, but as a company with a social conscience as well. York Galland recently forged a partnership with the Red Cross Society of China to benefit earthquake victims. York Galland accomplishes this with the help of NBA all-stars such as Tracy McGrady, Josh Smith, and Dennis Scott. Proceeds from exhibition basketball games are donated directly to the Red Cross, enabling US Sports to give back to the international community.
York Galland began his career in business at Brigham Young University, studying a wide range of subjects. He eventually settled on a double-concentration in business management and English literature. Following his undergraduate coursework at Brigham Young, York Galland decided to remain at the university to pursue a graduate degree at the Marriott School of Management. In keeping with his excellent academic record, York Galland was awarded an MBA in 1996, graduating at the top of his class. Galland was quickly hired at the property management firm Kingsley Management Corp, where he rose through the ranks to become CEO. Over the course of his 12-year tenure at Kingsley Management Corp, York Galland directed a team of 200 employees in addition to managing properties in eight states. York Galland left Kingsley Management Corp having cemented the company as a leader in the property management industry.
Since 2008, York Galland and his associates have established a similar position in the health and fitness industry for US Sports, LLC. York Galland currently oversees the corporate headquarters in Provo, Utah, as well as the recently established satellite offices in Shanghai and Beijing.
