With 10 years of construction experience, Wayne Schepens led WayneWright Construction and WayneWright Designs to $1 million in revenue during its first year of operation with a loyal client base that has seen consistent growth. WayneWright Strategy has seen the same results under Wayne Schepens’ executive management. His personal experiences in the engineering field, in addition to his talent for business development, equipped Wayne Schepens with the necessary skills to guide developing software companies from concept to acquisition. One of his most notable achievements is successfully bringing an innovative, Baltimore-based startup through each stage of business development. Wayne Schepens, a licensed engineer, possesses two degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. Mr. Schepens began his career as a Nuclear Test Engineer for the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Wayne Schepens went on to a position with Envision Inc. as an Electrical Engineer. He also worked with the Naval Surface Warfare Center as a Systems Test Engineer before taking a position with the National Security Agency (NSA) in 1998. Wayne Schepens worked in several important roles at the NSA, starting as a Lead Information Systems Security Engineer and working his way up to Chief of the Office of Global Network Awareness. Wayne Schepens has also served as a NSA Visiting Professor to the United States Military Academy. Wayne Schepens is professionally affiliated with a multitude of esteemed organizations, including the National Computer Science Honor Society, the IEEE Information Assurance Task Force, the Virginia Tech Alumni Society, and the US Military Academy Honorary Alumni. Mr. Wayne Schepens lives and works in Severna Park, Maryland.
