Wayne Dodwell founded Dodwell @ Associates in August 2009.
Beginning his career as Assistant Laboratory Manager at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, Wayne Dodwell was promoted to Assistant Vice President of this 550-bed hospital after one year. Following his time at Mt. Sinai Medical Center, Wayne Dodwell became Manager of Laboratory and Nuclear Medicine Services with the North Shore Medical Center. Within two years, Wayne Dodwell earned the title of Associate Director of Clinical Services, quickly rising through the ranks to become Vice President of Operations. Wayne Dodwell developed a Heart Diagnostic, Treatment & Wellness Center in this role. His efforts helped North Shore Medical Center to create Open Heart Surgical Services.
In 2000, Wayne Dodwell joined Brockton Hospital in Brockton, Massachusetts as Vice President of Operations and Business Development. Applying his experience at North Shore Medical Center, Wayne Dodwell created a successful Open Heart Surgery Program proposal at Brockton Hospital in collaboration with Boston Medical Center. Under Wayne Dodwell's leadership, Press Ganey patient satisfaction scores for Brockton Hospital increased to the 90th percentile.
In addition to his professional success, Wayne Dodwell holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the University of Massachusetts, where he graduated magna cum laude. Shortly thereafter, Wayne Dodwell received a Master of Health Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
