About Mr. Tony Bisante
Tony Bisante possesses nearly two decades’ experience in telecommunications, data networking, and enterprise resource planning. After spending time at Dawson College, Tony Bisante held consecutive roles in inside sales and account management at Anixter Canada and Xerox Canada, and then became a Territory Manager at Memotec Communications.
In his capacity at Memotec Communications, Tony Bisante demonstrated his ability to identify and seize revenue growth opportunities, and he brought in two major clients worth $3 million. When he became a Telecommunications Sales Specialist with IBM Canada in 1998, Tony Bisante exhibited the same talent for capturing valuable accounts and was responsible for new relationships with Wyeth Ayerst, the University of Laval, and Concordia University, among others.
From IBM Canada, Tony Bisante transitioned to Research in Motion, managing the eastern Canadian and U.S. sales channel and focusing on the sale of Blackberry Enterprise Servers. Tony Bisante departed Research in Motion for start-up VisionIP Technologies Inc. in 2006 and concentrated his energies on business development for the company. Within two years, Tony Bisante had played a crucial part in creating revenues of $5.9 million.
From 2008 to 2009, Tony Bisante met a 12-month demand creation mandate as CEO of Patriot Energy Corporation. Tony Bisante targeted opportunities for a resale product, doubling revenues within only a year’s time and providing a single, driving focus for his team.
Tony Bisante was educated at Dawson College, and he has completed several professional development courses. Tony Bisante makes his home in Montreal, where he coaches hockey with the Dollard Hockey Association.
