About Mr. Sean Nisivoccia
With a range of talents and interests ranging from real estate management to industrial technology, Sean Nisivoccia utilized his educational background to facilitate the success of New Jersey-based East North Realty LLC. Sean Nisivoccia joined East North Realty LLC in 2004, and consistently demonstrated an aptitude for leadership over the course of his five year tenure with the company. Only six months after joining East North Realty LLC, Sean Nisivoccia was promoted to the position of Lead Foreman. In this role, Sean Nisivoccia’s responsibilities included the oversight of numerous daily business activities, all of which were essential to company expansion and profitability. Proving his managerial skill and dedication to the company, Sean Nisivoccia supervised East North Realty LLC’s building projects, surveying off-site properties and directing in-office staff. After two years, Sean Nisivoccia increased profits by 25%, an impressive achievement considering the wide range of his duties. As a result of his excellent performance as Lead Foreman, Sean Nisivoccia earned yet another promotion to the position of President. With a proven track record of success in property development, Sean Nisivoccia left East North Realty LLC in 2009 to pursue other career interests.
In addition to the time and energy he has devoted to his career, Sean Nisivoccia has dedicated comparable energy to past and present charity work for a number of community service organizations. These include Peter’s Place Drop-In Center, the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States, the local Moose International lodge, Catholic Charities USA, and the New Jersey Youth ChalleNGe Academy. Focused on building and strengthening communities outside of this home state, Sean Nisivoccia donates to national and international charities including the Rainforest Foundation FUND, Sundance Institute, Oceana (formerly the American Oceans Campaign), and Save the Manatee Club. Sean Nisivoccia’s career performance and personal dedication to his community have proven his commitment to achieving excellence in all aspects of his life. In his spare time, Sean Nisivoccia enjoys a variety of sports such as skiing, running, scuba diving, cycling, golfing, and playing basketball.
