About Mr. Salah Izzedin

An alumnus of the Columbia Business School at Columbia University, Salah Izzedin has extensive experience and insight into a range of industries. As a successful entrepreneur, Salah Izzedin has operated as a senior executive and founder of several ventures in the United States and abroad.


In 1998, Salah Izzedin opened Texas de Brazil, a restaurant that serves traditional Brazilian cuisine and specializes in steaks. Family own and operated since its establishment, Texas de Brazil has expanded its business in several states throughout the U.S., including Memphis, Tennessee, Miami and Orlando, Florida. His chain went international with the opening of a restaurant in Aruba. As Founder of Texas de Brazil, Salah Izzedin has remained committed to providing the highest quality of delicately prepared meats at all of his restaurants.


Before founding Texas de Brazil, Salah Izzedin worked in the oil industry. Upon completing his Master of Business Administration, Salah Izzedin, along with two other associates, established Latina Fuel Corporation. After committing ten years to developing Latina Fuel Corporation into a multi-million dollar success, Salah Izzedin took on a new role as President and Chief Executive Officer of Oceanic Oil Corporation, a European oil trading company.
