About Mr. Robert T. Harvey
After a flourishing career as a high-level executive in notable companies Robert Harvey currently owns and manages his own company, Harvest Petroleum, Inc. Directing the company since 1996, Mr. Harvey focuses its goals on oil and gas exploration and production. Robert Harvey oversees the strategic vision, as well as the day-to-day operations, of all aspects of Harvest Petroleum. And with Mr. Harvey at the helm, the company has forged ahead on projects in Texas and Louisiana. Devoted to improving drilling production in both states, Robert Harvey has steered Harvest Petroleum with both profitable and reputable business practices.
Before concentrating on Texas and Louisiana oil and gas production, Mr. Harvey was responsible for drilling, along with other partners in the Pacific Region. He received the "Well of the Year" award in 1993 in Northern California. The award for the Bloomfield 1-11# was presented by the American Association of Drilling Engineers.
T. Harvey’s financial acumen thrives in the challenging arena of venture capital and investing. In addition to his dynamism as a senior manager, Mr. Harvey has also been actively involved in financing start-up and early stage companies since 1998, raising over $80 million in capital for a diverse portfolio of technology companies.
Beyond managing his own oil and gas company, Robert T. Harvey is also actively involved in Advaxis (ADXS), a public early-stage developmental cancer immunotherapy company, which reflects his long-time personal commitment to the biotech industry.
Robert T. Harvey graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Mr. Harvey’s background in engineering gives him insight into the operations and demands of the companies in which he has been involved as a manager or investor.
A resident of Prosper, Texas, and the father of three boys, Mr. Harvey is a generous member of his community and volunteers his time with the Boy Scouts and other local organizations.
