In his position with Westminster National Capital Co., Philip Burgess provided direction and leadership for the leasing company based in Wilmington, Delaware. With AFAB International, Philip Burgess shared his vast wealth of business knowledge by furnishing international consulting services to individuals and businesses across the world. Philip Burgess also previously led NIB, a firm providing focused services in the information industry.
