About Mr. Mitchell Skiff Engelhart
Mr. Mitchell S. Engelhart has served as a commercial airline pilot for over a decade, working closely with flight crews and air marshals to ensure safe and timely flights. Beyond piloting the aircraft, Mitchell Skiff Engelhart is responsible for thoroughly inspecting the aircraft before and after flights. During flights, Mitchell S. Engelhart monitors and assesses outside terrain, altitude, temperature, and wind speed to keep the aircraft safely on track. Abiding by company and government regulations, Mitchell Skiff Engelhart plans acceptable flight routes and makes changes as needed. Mitchell S. Engelhart has substantial experience flying Falcon 20s, DC-9s, MD-80s, and Airbuses to destinations around North America. Mitchell Skiff Engelhart is a Certified Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic and a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
A graduate of the University of the State of New York, Mitchell Skiff Engelhart earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Mitchell S. Engelhart is currently starting a home medical equipment business specializing in vehicle, stair, and ceiling lifts. In support of people with disabilities and the elderly, Mitchell Skiff Engelhart hopes to instill a newfound sense of independence in these individuals by providing them with increased mobility.
A true philanthropist, Mitchell S. Engelhart has used his piloting skills to help those in need through programs such as Angel Flight. Mitchell Engelhart has also worked with Project Open Hand and continues to support St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
Striving to keep an active lifestyle, Mitchell S. Engelhart is a dedicated weight lifter, mountain biker, and swimmer. Also an avid reader, Mitchell S. Engelhart lists Fate is the Hunter, by Earnest K. Gann, and A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose, by Eckhart Tolle, among his favorite books.
