About Mr. John Goldener
Licensed pediatrician John F. Goldener founded Goldener Executive Search Associates, a retained executive search firm, in 2003. As President, John Goldener serves as the driving force behind the firm's success. Managing a huge database network of medical industry professionals, John Goldener possesses deep expertise in assisting executives with making the most of their skills by placing them in positions that fit their personalities and experiences. Specializing in placing those with MDs, PhDs, and combinations of MDs and PhDs, John Goldener has placed hundreds of qualified individuals in CNS, Oncology, Epidemiology, Infectious Disease, Translational Research, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Pharmacology, and Hematology positions.
John Goldener began his career in 1979 as the Founder of Main Line Pediatrics and Pediatric Associates of the Main Line, with which he practiced until 2000. During his time with Main Line, a group of four hospitals located in suburban Philadelphia, John Goldener gained extensive medical management experience as the Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics and the Co-Founder of Main Line Multispecialty Group.
Understanding the deep level of responsibility that an executive in the medical field carries, John Goldener became interested in assisting other companies in searching out qualified individuals to fill important positions in the industry. John Goldener worked in several small executive search firms before founding Goldener Executive Search Associates in 2003.
Today, Pennsylvania resident John Goldener is a member of numerous medical societies and organizations, including the American Academy of Pharmaceutical Physicians, American Statistical Society, Drug Information Association, and the International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology.
