About Mr. Farzin Kimiabakhsh
A veteran of the real estate industry, Mr. Farzin Kimiabakhsh is the President of Whitestone Properties Inc. His expertise in building and renovation has earned Farzin Kimiabakhsh and his associates at Whitehouse Properties reputations as quality purveyors of construction and remodeling services. The 1985 recipient of a New York State Real Estate License, Farzin Kimiabakhsh is widely known as an experienced and discriminating professional. Farzin Kimiabakhsh earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. His early training in business and management (Farzin earned his B.S. in 1982) helped Mr. Kimiabakhsh develop a keen understanding of business management, accounting, and commerce, all of which proved instrumental in the building of his own business. Farzin Kimiabakhsh has served Whitehouse Properties, Inc. in his leadership capacity since November 1984. His responsibilities at the head of the Great Neck, New York-based firm include everything from investment, decision-making, finance, legal issues, and general management. Farzin Kimiabakhsh has overseen nearly a quarter-century of rehabilitation and/or construction over thousands of square feet of space in both the commercial and residential sectors of New York. Farzin Kimiabakhsh is a former member of the National Association of Realtors and the Long Island Board of Realtors, and currently serves as the President of the Homeowners Association for the Kennilwood Owners Association. Mr Kimiabakhsh also holds the dual positions of President and Sponsor for a number of New York condominiums.
