About Mr. Daniel Kimia
Upon completion of his Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California, Daniel Kimia knew he could make a difference. His education had provided him with an academic background in accounting, and while this was sufficient as an entry-level qualification to many jobs, Daniel knew he wanted to do more. Consequently, he headed to New York City, where he enrolled at the prestigious New York University (NYU), taking courses in finance, appraisal, real estate law, and property management. Upon completion of the requisite courses, Daniel Kimia received his New York State Real Estate License and was ready to begin his career. Today, Daniel Kimia is the President of Whitestone Properties Inc. based out of Great Neck, New York. Whitestone Properties is a real estate firm, and Daniel Kimia utilizes his education and experiences to manage all of the operation's marketing, finance, budgeting, administration, construction planning, legal, accounting, and acquisition divisions. Mr. Kimia has built an impressive record of achievement over his two decades at Whitestone Properties, during which time he has been involved in both building new residential and commercial spaces and renovating existing ones. Daniel Kimia believes in balancing one's professional accomplishments with charity and philanthropy; for that reason, he is a regular donor to Habitat for Humanity, the Montefiore Hospital, the Iranian American Jewish Federation, the Schneider Children's Hospital, and Temple Israel. Professionally, Kimia is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Long Island Board of Realtors, two organizations that work to promote real estate and realty professionals.
