Molly de Ramel received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Government from Harvard University, where she graduated magna cum laude. A John Harvard Scholar, Molly de Ramel received the Carol Pforzheimer Award for research and studied with the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. The President of her own media relations firm, Falconer Consulting, Mrs. de Ramel possesses extensive experience as a media strategist and has enjoyed a distinguished career in broadcast journalism.

Prior to starting her own firm, Molly de Ramel served as the Director of Media Relations at Brown University. At Brown, Mrs. de Ramel acted as a spokesperson for the university and helped promote and highlight faculty achievements in such news organizations as The New York Times, Boston Globe, The Associated Press, CNN, and NBC News. She dramatically increased Brown's positive press by implementing the university’s first international media plan. Mrs. de Ramel was able to place articles about the university in a variety of foreign press outlets, including The People’s Daily of China, the Korean Times, and the BBC. She also helped design and install a TV and radio studio that allows Brown faculty and administrators the opportunity to provide expertise and informed commentary to news outlets across the country. Mrs. de Ramel’s work at Brown did not go unrecognized, as she received the university’s highest honor for new employees.

Away from work, Molly de Ramel donates time to RhodySquash, a nonprofit organization that provides mentorship through the game of squash to youths who are underprivileged.

Crafted media strategy for ivy league university, served as spokeswoman, promoted faculty achievements that were highlighted, among others, in the new York times, wall street journal, Boston globe, associated press, fox news channel, CBS 60 minutes, NBC news, CNN to name a few. Dramatically increased positive press visibility of university. Pioneered Boone first international media plan, placing articles in, among others, the people's daily of china, the Korea times, agency- France presse, and the bbc. This was the first time Brown had an organized coordinated global press vision. Also designed and installed the first tvand radio studio for faculty and administers.
