Mitch Garber is the CEO of Caesars Acquisition Company and CEO and President of Caesars Interactive Entertainment. He controls the World Series of Poker (WSOP) and all social, mobile and real money interactive assets of Caesars, including casino brands such as, Harrah's, Caesars, WSOP, and others.
He is positive that laws regulating online poker will change very soon, and more states will follow suit in the fight for legalizing online gambling. Garber has likened the early stages of online gaming legalization to the early days of land-based gaming. Nevada, followed by New Jersey, followed by a domino effect across the United States and internationally.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University (1986) and a Law Degree from the University of Ottawa (1989).
In 2009, he was named one of the 10 most influential people in the gaming industry by Global Gaming Business magazine. He has spoken on gaming and the internet in the British House of Lords, and has given expert testimony in the Canadian Senate, assisting in the shaping of gaming policy in Canada
