MY BACKGROUND

 

As a leader of transformation programmes/projects/initiatives/ change journeys,  I have designed and implemented large scale change, managing p&l, risk, complex cross-functional schedules, constantly monitoring ROI, ensuring the right outcomes are being achieved. What I came to realise very early on in my career is that success depended on how you lead the people involved (both directly and indirectly) through the process of change.

 

Some years ago I became an interim manager/independent consultant. During my interim assignments with leading brands such as Norwich Union and Bupa and public sector bodies including The Financial Services Authority and the Equalities and Human Rights Commission, I have had some interesting and challenging experiences. I've learnt a lot about  leadership and the effect that this has on the organisation as a whole. I have supported leadership teams in their strategic planning, implementing change governance, coaching and mentoring at the highest levels.

 

I now work with Leadership Teams and individual leaders to support them in making their Transformational Journey the best it can be.

 

WHAT I'VE BEEN DOING RECENTLY

 

Over recent years I have been involved in designing, developing and implementing portfolio management  solutions for corporate organisations. 

 

Corporate Portfolio Management enables business leaders to ensure that they have the right investment in change - both in terms of what they are doing and the benefits it will bring.   Its key to success is to provide timely relevant information, coupled with strong strategic business planning.

 

I've been told by those that have worked with me that I am an inspiring leader, and a significant number have told me that they would love to work with me again. Great feedback, wouldn't you agree?
