Miles holds his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law at Urbana-Champaign and focuses on foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy, and real estate law. A graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law, Richard Bauer litigates cases involving bankruptcy, evictions, and real estate, and he has previously served on the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Fraud Task Force. Fred Timothy Winters obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, and he has received recognition for his ability to enforce money judgments. In Nevada, Jeremy Bergstrom, an alumnus of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, participates in the bankruptcy committees of several bar associations.
