About Mike Musacchio
Mike Musacchio began his career in the transportation industry when he joined Brae Surface Transportation Group in 1982. As a Senior Vice President, Mike Musacchio was responsible for developing a culture of achievement through customer-focused leadership. By encouraging managers to implement a strategy delivering predictability and reliability to customers, Mike Musacchio was a pivotal contributor to driving up National Piggyback Services, Inc.’s sale revenues, which more than doubled over a three-year period.
Recruited by C.H. Robinson in 1989, Mike Musacchio was engaged in mergers and acquisitions for the company, and he was involved in the purchase of a European business and the development of a Mexican subsidiary. From his role at C.H. Robinson, Mike Musacchio held several different executive positions in his field, including President and CEO at Exel Transportation Services.
In 2004, Mike Musacchio transitioned from transportation to technology and general business consulting and founded his own firm, MJM Advisors, LLC. Mike Musacchio spent four years growing his business at MJM Advisors, LLC; he recently continued his interest in consulting by joining RMD, Inc., a medical device marketing company as Special Advisor to the CEO.
Mike Musacchio attended the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dedicated to the advancement of his field, Mike Musacchio belongs to the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. In his spare time, Mike Musacchio enjoys traveling and playing golf, as well as relaxing with his family. Mike Musacchio supports the American Cancer Foundation.
