Before founding RapidBI in 2004, Mike worked as a Management Development Adviser with Business Link for London (one of the UK's largest consultancy practices) providing advice and delivering consultancy to over 100 businesses. Prior to that Mike was the Training Manager for a large private hospital where he developed training for a wide range of staff, managers and coaches.
Mike was instrumental in developing a comprehensive Business Improvement Review (BIR) process for use by consultants and business advisers who need to identify organisational development priorities in their client organisations.
While at Business Link Mike was fortunate enough to work with some of the UK's best motivational speakers and having spent time with them was instrumental in developing a unique 'train-the-trainer' programme. He has also designed & delivered extensive senior and supervisory skills development programmes for several large companies and not-for-profits.
As a coach Mike has worked with a number of TV personalities, sports performers and senior managers in a wide range of organisations; both private and not-for-profit.
