Currently serving as a Quality and Food Safety Technologist at Mars Petcare US in Columbus, Ohio, Mikayla Ladimir enjoys a burgeoning career. Possessing a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Food Administration from California State University, Long Beach, Mikayla Ladimir is now pursuing a Master of Science in Food Safety from Michigan State University. Mikayla Ladimir has a solid command of U.S. food laws and regulations, food safety epidemiology, and toxicology. Since completing her undergraduate education, Mikayla Ladimir has maintained close ties to professional organizations and affiliations, advancing her knowledge of food technology. Mikayla Ladimir belongs to the Institute of Food Technologists and Southern California Institute of Food Technologists. In 2005, Mikayla Ladimir attended Chapman University’s Better Process Control School, where she studied Thermal Processing of Canned Foods. Committed to charitable causes, Mikayla Ladimir supports efforts to relieve impoverished communities throughout her work with organizations such as World Vision.
