I am an ITIL v3 Expert with over 28 years of experience in large companies. I specialise in Serice Asset and Configuration Management for corporate customers in line with virtualisation and private Cloud Computing. I have hands-on experience in many ITIL Processes and I can take charge of your IT Service Management project from Service Strategy, Service Design and Transition. I work along the Enterprise Architects as well as the Operations teams to make sure that all aspects People, Processes, Products and Partners are addressed.


Example service - the Centrica Service Architecture


In most of my assignements, a large part is spent on analyzing the needs of all stakeholders from Senior Management to the technical support and development teams. Then the most effective strategy is developed and acted through implementation. You can rest assure that the project will remain on track both on budget and time and you can free up your internal resources to carry on other projects or concentrate on Business As Usual.

Typically, in my latest project with Centrica, they wanted someone to carry out the investigation that led up to the replacement of their current IT Service Management architecture as the group was going through an important reorganisation.


In that project over 1000 requirements were collected and synthesized, market research was carried out and I took charge of the selection of the products.

A total of 25 processes were involved, 65 stakeholders and 8 vendors. The project was also synchronised with other important projects such as Identity and Access Management. The solution needed as well to fit the sourcing strategy including outsourcers and off shore suppliers. The final solution led to the selection of a SaaS solution that was fitting the financial objectives.


I was selected to lead that project due to my large knowledge in technology, development environments and my profound knowledge of the IT Service Management market. My communiaction, listening and leadership skills were also a major element to win that assignment.
