Michael Guttman is a professional poker player from Melbourne, Australia who is popularly known as Sticky Micky. Since his entry into the poker world, he has made total winnings worth $735,599 in 24 cashes and four first-place finishes.

Michael Guttman entered the poker arena in January 2002, when he participated in the Australasian Poker Championships and finished third in the Pot-Limit Omaha event winning $6,265 in prize money. He also participated in three other events at the same tournament and bagged $13,672 as cash prize. Later in the year, he entered the Victorian Poker Championship and finished first in Event #5 – No-Limit Hold'em and Event #6 – Pot-Limit Omaha to take home prize money worth $12,020.


Michael Guttman took part in the 2004 Crown Australasian Poker Championship held at Crown Casino, Melbourne. He made an impressive first-place finish in the Limit Omaha Hi/Lo event and $25,392 was added to his bankroll.

In 2007, Michael Guttman played in Event #45 - No-Limit Hold'em Short Handed at the 38th Annual World Series of Poker and pocketed $16,776. In August 2007, he entered the Victorian Championship and played in Event #13 – No-Limit Hold'em and won prize money worth $68,341. In January 2008, Michael Guttman finished in sixth place, when he played in Event #7 - Poker Pages Ranking Pot-Limit Omaha at the Crown Aussie Millions Championship and bagged $23,509 in prize money.
