Merlyn acquired her entrepreneurial spirit the old-fashioned way - she inherited it from her mother! After sixteen years in the field of sales and marketing for the hospitality industry, Merlyn decided it was time to start her own business. Her first company, Ideal Life Coaching, focused on personal and professional success coaching. She soon found that many of her clients were either struggling with attracting more clients to their professional services businesses or were employed in a corporate setting but longed for their own business.

 

Ideal Life Coaching morphed into SMART Business Owners and the focus became on offering tools and training that would assist professional services providers and small service businesses in increasing profits by attracting more clients.
