Maxine Hepfer currently works as a Senior Analyst with the Transaction Advisory Services branch of Ernst and Young, where she started in August 2014. In this position she reviews real property portions of company audits and performs due diligence for sales and acquisitions. She also offers advisory services to clients who are trying to purchase or dispose of real assets. Prior to taking on her current position, Maxine Hepfer completed several internships while she pursued a degree at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. She completed a hospitality and investments internship with International Capital Inc. in Dallas, Texas, and a RE Asset Management internship with Henderson Global Investors in Frankfurt, Germany.
While in college, Maxine Hepfer earned a 3.5 GPA while also gaining leadership experience through various activities. She was recruitment chair and communications liaison for the Student Advisory Board of the Hotel School and a ritual committee chair with Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity. Additionally, Hepfer served as co-lead teaching assistant for the HADM 1174 Business Computing course.
