He attended Southeastern Bible College of Alabama, Matt Piell has acquired over 17 years of real estate, operational, financial, sales, and construction experience. Matt Piell first started on Greystone, a project he gained insight and knowledge working with Hap Gwaltney and Daniel Realty. With Matt Piell onboard, Greystone quickly became one of Alabama’s largest Golf Course Community Developments, producing over 750 homes and a Senior PGA tournament golf course. While working at Greystone, Matt Piell gained experience in leadership, a skill that he used in a variety of different business capacities that include marketing, insurance, and advertising.
Starting in 2002, Matt Piell became the managing member of various real estate companies throughout Mississippi and Alabama. These companies acquired various properties that included subdivisions, high-rise condominiums, and commercial real estate. Additionally, Matt Piell oversaw ventures that included the acquisition of a 110-unit apartment complex on the coast of Biloxi, Mississippi, as well as the development of ski front property in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. These, along with many other real estate investments, have turned into a Matt Piell managing over $100 million in the past 10 years.
Matt Piell currently devotes his vast talents to the Synergy Manufacturing Group, a company that makes a variety of alternative energy-producing products. Joining Synergy early in its formation, Matt Piell shaped its core management team and now provides strategic planning and business relationship support on a daily basis.
