About Matthew Beebe
Matthew Beebe currently serves as the Director of User Experience at Reputation.com, Inc. With more than 10 years of experience, Beebe is an expert in design, user experience, and project management. A proven professional with the technical ability to execute projects, he also possesses the leadership abilities to guide sizeable teams through essential design processes.
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Beebe alternated quarters of work and study. He completed internships at MetaDesign AG in Berlin and Fitch, Inc., before earning his degree in 1997. Matthew Beebe went on to complete his Master of Design at the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Institute of Design in Chicago. As a graduate student, Beebe received a fellowship and completed coursework in strategic planning, communication design, and design research.
Upon concluding his studies in 2001, Matthew Beebe accepted a position at IDEO, an international design consultancy. Beebe leveraged his skills in design strategy, design research, and interactive design for an array of projects. He also worked extensively with the Transformation division at IDEO, educating clients on design methodology in a collaborative environment.
Matthew Beebe resides in Redwood City, California, where he spends his spare time racing bicycles and participating in mountain sports. Beebe’s other interests include travel and the history of design.
