Martin has a reputation and proven track record for successful delivery, change management and coaching people.

 

He has a wealth of senior management experience gained over 30 years, covering complex corporate management, policy creation, risk management, outsourcing, technology, the regulatory information and telecommunication environments and customer service. At all times having direct responsibility for people and budgets. He has successfully delivered worldwide complex projects and company policy. This has been achieved by using his extensive management experience, strategic vision, relationship building, communication skills, ICT knowledge, effective team building and coaching. With the ever changing and challenging business environment, he has the ability to learn quickly, establish and maintain excellent working relationships, bridge the communication gaps between technologists and business leaders, work with enthusiasm and energy while under pressure and motivate teams to ensure delivery to meet customer requirements and bottom line figures.

 

As a Fellow of the British Computer Society he sits on the Strategic IT Security Forum to help drive forward security best practice and is also a mentor in the Institute of Information Security Professionals.

Martin believes success is delivered by people and puts much effort into helping others achieve their true potential, being a qualified coach and NVQ assessor. He has lectured at EU Security Conferences and has been a guest lecturer at Loughborough University for Computer MSc and Business Management students.
