Completing MBA in Environmental Management course at Bangor University in 2012/13.

 

Reducing business energy costs through tariff review and looking for reductions in energy use.

 

Keen to make effective use of accumulated professional and life experience and acquire new experience. Interested in interim management, finance and accountancy, business consultancy and coaching.

Happy to work across the UK or remotely at home and travelling as required.

Appointed as College Secretary to Coleg Harlech and following merger Aug 2001 with Workers' Educational Association (North Wales) Director of Finance and Administration for merged institution, a company limited by guarantee and registered as a charity. Responsible for finance, estates and residential accommodation; personnel; IT; health and safety; general administration.
Achievements include: merger process; funding bids; operational issues; quality; risk management.; data protection and freedom of information implementation.

Responsible for finance function during period of major development. Role includes management of 10 staff and advising principal and governors. Responsible for acquisition and implementation of new financial system.
