Hello my name is Marshall Spencer and I am a mortgage professional in southern Ontario primarily serving Durham and the GTA. My clients find my 26+ years of experience in the Ontario mortgage industry to be their competitve advantage and my attention to detail and customer service leaves nothing to be desired. My goal is that the client always feels that they are my only client. No one gets put on hold, cell phones are always turned off in meetings and we just go about it one mortgage at a time. It has worked for me through my long mortgage career and seen me through recession and recovery, interest rates ranging between 4 and 20 per cent and many other market obstacles which have put others out of business.

 

I am a licensed mortgage broker in Ontario(license # M08000817) and have a growing team agents living and working in various communities from Peterborough to Oakville. I am a proud member of the Independent Mortgage Brokers Association of Ontario (IMBA) and the Canadian Assoiciation of Accredited Mortgage Professionals  (CAAMP) holding the desination Accredit Mortgage Professional (AMP).
