Mark Shockley’s move into independent film has been a relatively recent phenomenon. Commanding a record of involvement with industry leaders, Mark Shockley was recruited by 20th Century Fox for projects such as “Avatar,” “Horton Hears a Who,” and “Wolverine.” With “Wolverine,” Mark Shockley’s efforts helped contribute to an $87 million opening weekend. Additionally, Mark Shockley’s credits include “The Simpsons Movie” and “Borat: Cultural Learning’s of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan. Mark Shockley and Evolution Los Angeles contributed to a record-breaking run. Mark Shockley has been engaged by MGM Studios on campaigns for classics such as “Rocky” and he regularly works with stars like Jim Carrey, Cameron Diaz, Steve Carell, Russell Crowe, Bruce Willis, and will.i.am.

 

Mark Shockley acquired a degree in Communications from Barry University in 1989, collecting extensive industry experience prior to founding Evolution Los Angeles.
