About Mark Saunders
I am a Chartered Accountant and a partner in a Chartered Accountants practice called Wilder Coe which is situated in the West End of London and also in Stevenage Hertfordshire. We are committed to providing a comprehensive and caring service to our clients who consist of the widest possible mix of businesses and individuals.As well as being responsible for audits, financial statement preparation and tax work for my clients, We are members of Integra International a global association of independent Accounting firms all able to work and advise in English. I would be delighted to introduce you to an accountant outside the UK if you need to get such advice.
I am expereienced at all levels of Corporate Financial work. I have audited multi national corporations. I am equally at home with start up companies. My experience enables me to advise in many complex areas such as disposals and aquisitions, business combinations and strategic planning.
We also offer a complete service for non UK businesses seeking to start up in the United Kngdom. We outsource their complete Accounting and Administration functions if required and can be a virtual office for them within the UK.
I would be pleased to try and assist youwith any Business related issues that they feel I could help with. I also have a wide network of business and social contacts through the various activities that I undertake.
I am currently membership secretary of the Westminster BRX ( Business Referral Exchange) group and we are having a membership drive at the moment. We meet for breakfast on a Wednesday morning at 7:15 am. We follow the BRX format of introducing ourselves to our guests and our guests introduce themselves to us. We state the kind of business referrals that we are seeking and are often rewarded with strong referrals and introductions which lead to real business being done. There is also a great social element within the group and members have forged friendships which create the kind of trust that leads to them working hard on behalf of each other. We also have an excellent cooked breakfast (or fruit and cereal if you prefer). If you have never tried a BRX meeting I would encourage you to visit a group straight away. You will get a good impression from being a visitor but the real value comes once you have joined a group and become committed to helping the other members.
I am also actively involved in my local community and spend as much time as possible with my family. I like music, books and good food and wine. If you fancy a spot of lunch in the Marylebone area then I will gladly oblige. I am involved with a number of charitable activities. I believe strongly that life gives back to you most when you give the most you can give. Every day is a party!
So if you have any Accounting, Tax or Business related issue you need an answer to I will give you that answer or tell you how to go about getting the answer. If it is of such a nature that you will need to pay somebody for that answer I will tell you how to do that in the most cost effective manner. Even if that means that I will not get the job! I will be honest, so it will not just be virtual tea and sympathy.
