Mark Rouvray - Professional Experience:    

Having spent 25 years working in blue chip companies, I wanted to bring some of that experience to small businesses in my local area. As a web designer, I exercise both my creativity and interest in IT but I get to understand the local businesses and work with them over time to develop their business.

 

In my 14 years at British Airways, I had a number of roles, culminating in a senior management position with the Human Resources department; managing the performance and development of their shared services. In my time at BA, I worked on eLearning for Cabin Crew and managed a team producing all the HR content for their company intranet; serving 44,000 employees. I also managed the HR data analysis and reporting area; applying both analytical and information management skills.

 

Prior to BA, I worked for British Gas, mainly in analytical and management reporting roles; and left there as the Assistant Management Information Manager.

 

Throughout my career I have applied my skills in analysis, IT, project and programme management.
