I am a skilled professional with a background in psychology, counselling and coaching. I am committed to the highest ethical standards and to my own continuous personal and professional development. I am a member of the BACP, ICF and the British Psychology Society.

 

My mission as a coach is to provide you my client with an environment that enables you to gain clarity about your true life goals and to create strategies that will allow you to achieve those goals. My approach is goal orientated and very focused. Our coaching relationship will be an ongoing professional partnership that will help you produce fulfilling results in your personal and/or professional life.

 

Through the process of coaching, you will deepen your learning, improve your performance, and enhance your quality of life. I like to develop ongoing relationships with my clients. And I see our working relationship as longterm commitment to your personal and professional development. The areas I have worked with clients on include stress reduction, personal development, relationship development, assertiveness training and career advancement to name a few.
