Marcel Sahade



While attending the independent Catholic school Waverley College in Waverley, New South Wales, Marcel Victor Sahade received awards in the fields of competitive debating and chess. Marcel Victor Sahade’s distinctions include the DP Taylor Debating Shield and wins at the Br Cryan Debating Competition, the City of Sydney Eisteddfod Debating Competition, and the Telstra Chess Tournament.

 

In 1990 Marcel Victor Sahade began his studies at the University of Sydney. As a student Marcel Victor Sahade was elected secretary to the University of Sydney Archery Club and was noted for his skill in archery winning several club and intervarsity archery championships. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Marcel Victor Sahade was given special permission from the Barristers and Solicitors Admission Boards to proceed at an accelerated rate in his legal studies and earn his legal certification in only a further year.

 

Marcel Victor Sahade was admitted to the bar in 1995. Soon after, Marcel Victor Sahade commenced full time practice at the private bar in Sydney, Australia. Marcel Victor Sahade engages in professional development and networking with other barristers as a member of the New South Wales Bar Association. Marcel Victor Sahade holds a Bachelor of Science in Pure and Applied Mathematics from the University of Sydney.
