Manfred Ricciardelli - Professional Summary: With a solid legal background in workers’ compensation law, New Jersey native Manfred Ricciardelli fights for the rights of those who have sustained workplace-related injuries in his home state. Before pursuing a career in law, Mr. Ricciardelli attended The University of Scranton, obtaining a Scranton President’s Scholarship and a USF&G Foundation Scholarship, as well as earning a place on the Dean’s list. He earned Bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Communications from the Pennsylvania-based institution in 1988. Subsequently enrolling at the Rutgers School of Law-Newark, Mr. Ricciardelli completed his Juris Doctor in 1991 and was admitted into the New Jersey State Bar and the U.S. District Court District of New Jersey. After law school, Manfred Ricciardelli found employment with Tulipan & Conk, P.C. As an Associate for the firm, he handled civil litigation, workers’ compensation cases, and social security disability lawsuits. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Ricciardelli also served as an Associate and In-House Counsel for Staehle & DeSanto, a leading insurance defense firm. For six years following his tenure with Staehle & DeSanto, he served in the workers’ compensation department of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, P.C., a defense law office in Northern New Jersey, and eventually became a Shareholder in the department. In 2001, Mr. Ricciardelli founded his own law firm, Manfred F. Ricciardelli, Jr., LLC, where he continues to focus on workers’ compensation law. In addition to being the founding member of the Justice James H. Coleman, Jr. New Jersey Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court, Mr. Ricciardelli holds memberships with the Workers’ Compensation Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association. He also regularly donates his time to the Morris Township Fire Department as a Volunteer Firefighter and serves as Commissioner for the Morris County Housing Authority.
