Before beginning a prominent career in the hospitality development industry, Lucas (Luke) Stoioff studied finance at Loyola University New Orleans and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He subsequently attended John Marshall Law School, where he earned a JD. Over the course of his education, Lucas Stoioff focused on marketing, finance, and small-business law. He utilized this knowledge in his work as an event and promotions coordinator, and later as a law clerk, while pursuing his degrees.
Stoioff is currently the owner and operator of DineAmic Group, a hospitality development firm located in Chicago. Skilled in a variety of functions, the company performs venue design, marketing, and management to create new hospitality businesses. It also provides legal and operational consulting for other hospitality companies. Deeply committed to creating innovative and groundbreaking concepts, Luke Stoioff’s efforts have resulted in several enduring hospitality enterprises.
Since founding DineAmic in 2005, Lucas Stoioff has opened several award-winning bars and restaurants. The Bull & Bear, launched in 2009, garnered the title of “Best Sports Bar in the Country” from Nightclub Magazine and earned the label “Best Sports Bar” from Chicago Scene Magazine. In 2011, he opened Public House, which achieved status as one of the nation’s Top-50 Highest-Grossing Restaurants and Bars in Bar and Nightclub Magazine.
