Louis Costanzo

 

With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Louis Costanzo currently serves as the President of L.R. Costanzo Construction Services Company, Inc., a position he has held since July 1980. Based in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Louis Costanzo and his team offer a team-based approach to construction with a firm dedication to client needs and customer service.

 Louis Costanzo represents the third generation of his family to lead L.R. Costanzo Company since its founding after World War II. The organization began with the name A.F. Costanzo Company, named after its founder, Anthony F. Costanzo. Together with his son Louis R., Anthony F. Costanzo quickly built a reputation for dependability and high-quality work. Over the generations, members of the Costanzo family have increased the firm’s offerings and expanded its client base. In addition to this focus on growth, the L.R. Costanzo Company also values customer retention and the strong relationships it has built over its many years in business. Today, Louis Costanzo works to include the next generation in business decisions, demonstrating his dedication to the company’s ongoing reliability and longevity.

 

Louis Costanzo attended the University at Buffalo, part of The State University of New York, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1966. He then served as a Private in the United States Army for several months before beginning Officer Candidate School in January 1967. After completing officer training and achieving the rank of First Lieutenant, Louis Costanzo served in the United States Army in the Panama Canal Zone at the Southern Command Headquarters for two years. He then returned to the United States, where he began work with L.R. Costanzo Company as a Project Manager in August 1969. Mr. Costanzo returned to school in 1973, attending the University of Scranton in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where he earned his Master of Business Administration in Finance.
