Lloyd Schwed offers more than 20 years of experience in legal malpractice, construction litigation, and securities litigation and arbitration. His expertise also includes insurance law and regulation, professional liability, and business litigation areas. Admitted to the Southern, Middle, and Northern districts of the U.S. District Courts of Florida, Lloyd Schwed also holds membership in the Florida Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has also argued cases in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Lloyd Schwed earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Journalism from Loyola University and a law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. He clerked for the Honorable James Foreman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois before working for Fowler White (now Fowler White Boggs P.A.) in Miami for six years, where he excelled to become a Shareholder.

Lloyd Schwed has instructed law students as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Miami School of Law.
