Shortly thereafter Lisa K. Clayton, M.D. began her four-year residency in adult psychiatry at the Emory University School of Medicine. In 1992, Lisa K. Clayton, M.D. relocated to Texas and began the final year of her residency at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. As a fourth-year residency elective, Lisa K. Clayton completed six months geriatric elective training and in 1993 commenced a one-year fellowship in forensic psychiatry. At her adult and adolescent psychiatry practice, Lisa K. Clayton, M.D. provides compassionate and efficient programs to treat a comprehensive array of conditions including depression, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, attention deficit disorder (ADD) and hyperactive disorders, eating disorders, and anxiety disorders.
