Lenox Hill Radiology, formed in 1988, is dedicated to serving patients by providing the most advanced techniques available. Privately owned and operated by physicians, Lenox Hill Radiology offers its services in facilities located throughout New York City. Patients of Lenox Hill Radiology can receive a variety of services and procedures, such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), positron emission and computerized tomography (PET/CT), whole body CT, digital x-ray, digital mammography, biopsies, and nuclear medicine. Lenox Hill Radiology combines the skill and experience of 20 physicians who possess a range of specializations, including neuroradiology, musculoskeletal radiology, and oncologic imaging.
Lenox Hill Radiology was the first Manhattan-based facility of its kind to earn the American College of Radiology’s PET accreditation. As an imaging center, it led the City of New York in using direct digital x-ray and the Siemens multi-detector CT scanner. Lenox Hill Radiology was also one of the first establishments to make online patient images and reports available to physicians. It was one of New York City’s first imaging establishments to receive MRI accreditation from the American College of Radiology.
Lenox Hill Radiology accepts most major insurance carriers. It has interpretive services available in over 100 languages.
