In charge of all future projects, from marketing phase to contractual negotiations. Won two major bids totalling more than one billion Euros. Department composed of 20 senior engineers. Responsibilities also involved overseeing bids in TAD Irish, Dutch, Korean, South African and Australian subsidiaries.

* responsible for the design of a tracking system involving RF link communication subsystems;
* in charge of technical proposals for a number of systems; responsability went from system design to final negotiations. Numerous trips to various countries.
