Lauralouise Duffy then transitioned to a role as Managing Director at EGS Securities Corporation, a global macro hedge fund. Two years later in 2000, Lauralouise Duffy joined FNY Capital. A charitable individual, Lauralouise Duffy functions as Vice President of Little Baby Face Foundation (LBFF), which she co-founded in 2002. LBFF arranges for children with facial deformities to travel to New York City to receive corrective surgery from physicians who volunteer their time and surgical skills. Since 2002, more than 125 children have received corrective surgery due to the charitable efforts of LBFF. The children come from across the United States, as well as from foreign countries. A dog enthusiast who owns two golden retrievers and one yellow Labrador, Lauralouise Duffy also co-founded the Terra Primus Foundation-Earth, First.
