Abbott Laboratories selected Larry Mucciarelli for a post as Director of Human Resources for Asia, Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and USA regions. Larry Mucciarelli held the No. 2 international HR role at Abbott, increasing visibility and communications among employees with "employee opinion surveys," and aligning the organizational goals of company branches in 12 different countries, preventing 2 unionization attempts and by managing labor contract negotiations.

 

Present Day
Colgate Palmolive recruited Larry Mucciarelli for a larger role as the top Human Resources Director of the Russia and Central Europe division. Larry Mucciarelli reported to the President of the division and reduced costs by finding and developing qualified local management and growing talented employees in their native countries. Larry Mucciarelli built a strategy that saved Colgate Palmolive $1.3 million in expat pending. Larry Mucciarelli developed the first International Assignments Policy for this division. This Policy was crucial in delivering quick, business focused Talent solutions for the Division. As Vice President of Human Resources at Rexel, Inc., Larry Mucciarelli delivered the first Corporate University, Corporate-wide training, massive resolution of over 500 Benefits issues, a Succession Management System, a Performance Management System, 5 M&As, Total Rewards Strategy and Talent Acquisition System. Larry Mucciarelli possesses a remarkable ingenuity and commitment to his work, bringing far-reaching success to his company.

Rexel, Inc. (sub of PPR-$45b) as Vice President, Human Resources, responsible for 3500 employees through the US (22 states) and Caribbean. Completed 5 M&As including Due Diligence and Integration.
