Larry Mucciarelli reported to the President of the division and reduced costs by finding and developing qualified local management and growing talented employees in their native countries. Larry Mucciarelli built a strategy that saved Colgate Palmolive $1.3 million in expat pending. Larry Mucciarelli developed the first International Assignments Policy for this division.
