Catersafe Consultants is situated in Ashford, Kent and it was put together by Sam Turner, who started out his career as an trainee chef. After working for a few years in the catering and hospitality market, he went on to be a catering higher education instructor, Food Safety trainer and HACCP expert. Sam now manages Catersafe Consultants as Main Consultant. CaterSafe consultants operate mostly in Kent, Sussex, Surrey and the London area but are prepared to go further afield. They have got experience with providing Food Safety coaching and HACCP systems for a variety of companies including: hotels, restaurants, cafe´s, supermarkets, education/school caterers, farmers & W.I markets, butchers and abattoirs, etc.
