About Kyleen Cane

A resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, Kyleen Cane currently serves as a managing member of Cane Clark LLP. As a nationally prominent expert in securities laws, Kyleen Cane focuses her practice on providing legal services to small cap public companies in the area of corporate and securities law.


Kyleen Cane attended the University of California, Irvine, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and earned membership into the exclusive Phi Beta Kappa honor society and completing her undergraduate degree in only three years. Upon graduation, Kyleen Cane attended the University of Southern California Law School, where she was awarded three scholarships and graduated in the top 5 percent of her class.


Before she co-founded Cane Clark LLP, Kyleen Cane held several different academic positions at the University of Hawaii School of Business, Western State University School of Law, and Whittier College School of Law. Kyleen Cane also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tele-Lawyer, an innovative company that provided legal information and advice to people over the telephone. While under the direction of Kyleen Cane, Tele-Lawyer acquired several notable awards, including the Golden Phone Award for exceptional phone services in 1991, 1992, and 1993.


A widely published author, Kyleen Cane has written on a range of topics including real estate, tax, and corporate law. Kyleen Cane published a series of four books under the title of The Five-Minute Lawyer’s Guide, which focused on federal income taxation, divorce, estate planning, and debt and bankruptcy, respectively. Kyleen Cane also published The Complete Church Manual, which covers tax law as it pertains to churches and church-related activities. Additionally, Kyleen Cane has written columns for the Metropolitan News-Enterprise and The Veterans’ Voice. In addition to her extensive writings on legal issues, Kyleen Cane has also completed two novels, a science fiction thriller and a mystery suspense story.


Having practiced and taught law on a wide range of subjects, Kyleen Cane maintains memberships with the State Bars of California, Washington, Hawaii, and Nevada.
