Kush is a trained Chartered Accountant and has a passion to help individuals and organisations unlock their potential, inspire minds and look at things in a different perspective.
He is a trained NLP Master Practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming), which in essence is the study of human excellence and has studied other tools and techniques that can help people improve. He has a broad experience in practice, the commercial sector, as well as in not-for-profit and government sectors. Kush’s previous engagements include business improvement and work force development, competency based reorganisations, coaching executives and effective leadership, management & team building courses for SME’s and Fortune 500 companies.
Some have said that Kush is a natural coach; he has worked with executives, managers and individuals from a variety of organisations including Bosch UK, Reliance Industries Ltd, Ranbaxy and SAIL. He also runs soft-skills, leadership & NLP for Business courses in Cambridge, London and in India.
Through his combined knowledge of finance and the factors that can enable people to perform at higher levels, Kush has turned companies that were on the brink of liquidation in to highly profitable organisations and motivated individuals to achieve a higher level of success. He uses and passes on simple yet highly effective tools and techniques that can help people and organisations reach the levels of excellence that they continually strive for and take themselves to greater competitive heights. Kush and his excellent team of associates are members of the International Coach Federation, which promotes an industry wide Code of Professional Standards that distinguishes high quality coaching professionals. The ICF also developed the first universally accepted accreditation process which will preserve the integrity of coaching through high standards and credentials that assists people in choosing top quality certified coaches.
