Kristian Kjondal, who was born in 1985, is a Norwegian poker player. He plays poker online under the names “Kris85” on BetonBet and "Pokerkong1” on Full Tilt Poker as well as PokerStars. He entered the poker world in the year 2005, and initially, he was playing 10/20No-Limit on PokerStars. Then Kristian Kjondal moved to $100/$200 and $200/$400No-Limit games on Full Tilt Poker.


It was in the No-Limit Hold'em event at the Irish Winter Tournament - EPT/Pokerstars Season 2 Tournament held on October 28, 2005, that Kristian Kjondal made his first money finish. In the event, he secured fifth place and took home booty of $5,242. He added another $8,242 to his poker account by playing in the EPT No-Limit Hold'em event at the 17th European 7-Card Stud Championship. On October 30, the same year, Kristian Kjondal took part in the World Poker Tour (WPT) No-Limit Hold'em Championship at the Canadian Open Championship and bagged another $7,205. On March 28, 2007, he made it to the final table in the No-Limit Hold’em event of the EPT Monte Carlo held, finished in fourth-place and went home with a whopping sum of $627,144. On July 1, Kristian Kjondal finished 21st and bagged $25,089 from the Pot-Limit Omaha World Championship (Event 50) in the 38th Annual World Series of Poker (WSOP) Tournament. At the Bellagio Cup III in Event 23 - No-Limit Hold'em, he secured 13th rank and took home a total prize of $3,800. The same year, on November 3, Kristian Kjondal took part in the No-Limit Hold'em event at the EPT Dublin - Season 4 and finished 23rd to bag prize money of $13,381. One of his major money finishes was on December 14, 2007, when the No-Limit Hold'em event of the EPT Prague - Season 4 was hosted, in which Kristian Kjondal ended up being third and won a large booty of $308,389. As of 2008, he has 8 cashes to his credit, and his total winnings exceed $1,000,000.
