Krishna Srinivasan Frost Sullivan - Professional Summary:     Since he became the Global President of Frost & Sullivan in 2000, Krishna Srinivasan has restructured the company to focus on global growth consulting. Some of the core industries the company researches are health care, energy and power systems, aerospace and defense, and information and communication technologies. As Global President, Mr. Srinivasan oversees operations in the company’s 40 international offices. Having served with Frost & Sullivan for more than two decades, Mr. Srinivasan personally instituted many of the processes and strategies integral to the new business model. One of his first responsibilities as Global President was transferring core aspects of the business to a center in Chennai, India. Originally designed as an auxiliary facility, the center was successfully expanded to 140 employees over 18 months under Mr. Srinivasan. His next major achievement came in 2003 in the form of a strategic partnership with Zyvex Instruments that allowed each company to benefit from the other’s insight into nanotechnology-based marketing information. In addition to implementing growth strategies for Frost & Sullivan, Krishna Srinivasan also serves as the face of company, presenting the Frost & Sullivan Awards each year and regularly appearing at industry events. Before coming to Frost & Sullivan, Krishna Srinivasan developed software and marketed products for Data Patterns. He graduated from Bangalore University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and San José State University with a Master of Business Administration. Mr. Srinivasan started with Frost & Sullivan as a Senior Industry Analyst in 1990 and quickly worked his way up to Research Director for the Industrial Technologies Group. After researching information technology for factory automation, Krishna Srinivasan took a promotion to Vice President of Global Consulting as Frost & Sullivan aimed to increase its involvement in services. Mr. Srinivasan devised and implemented the protocol for a new system while acting as the impetus for expansion into factory automation, telecommunications, information technology, and other sectors.
